RCON Commands

Hi all,
 Ive been lookin all over the net for a detailed set of rcon commands or at least the commands wiith a basic description. Any know where i can get them or a program that i can use to have remote access on my server with? New to running a server. :help:

Most commands will be in the readme's for whatever specific mod you are running.  Open them and read them.  i prefer to print them off and read them while on the toilet.  Its a great hobby.
