A certain amount of smacktalk is tolerated and the system's throttles for spammy binds are expected to be sufficient to give the spammer some clues about adjusting his behavior but when it becomes evident that cluefulness is not forthcoming further discipline may be imposed. Such discipline has been applied in this case.

There is no change to his spam. I am not talking about smack talk, i'm talking about his repeated spam of You all Gay, All Stupid Gay Bastards, and whatever else he keeps repeating every 20secs when he dies, or he kills someone. He will spam 4 lines each time in the chat at once. So whatever spam system is placed, clearly is not working out and needs something added to the user, MUTE HIM.

I also think Putin should be muted, it's not simply smacktalk it's non-stop repeated spam of the same annoying binds:

Putin: all gay
Putin: ALL Stupid. GAY AND Bastard
Putin: STUPID

he's the first player I muted when I started playing again (which can be done with ignorenick Putin if you're using Q2PRO)
