Can we please stop this daily invite spam from mag? I'm certain the invite command was not intended to be used to cry about cheats 8-10 times a day.

The funny part about this is he was actually warned by an admin 8 months ago about spamming invites:

9 Dec 2022: (dm) console: mag please stop spamming invite! with cheat talk. if someone is cheating then record a demo and post it.
9 Dec 2022: (dm) mag: you know who the cheats are,they are not counted in the standings

Since then mag has been spamming invite! multiple times a day with this nonsense about cheats. Enough already.

It's 2025, and some people STILL do this. 

I don't play anymore, but for the sake of others, I'm gonna do something crazy that probably won't work, but you never know until you try: I'm going to simply ask nicely and hope they're excellent enough to listen. If the admins are asleep at the wheel, don't read the forums and won't do shit, why not grant admin privs to someone who is at least somewhat active? Focalor maybe? I don't know, SOMEONE at least? Shit's been going on for YEARRRRRS and there's still nothing changed about how SHITTT the DM server is, man. Look man I ain't no fuckin saint over here. I've had my hands in some wacky shit and pissed off my fair share of weirdos that I swear made perfect sense at the time. I've made jokes at other peoples expenses and hurt feelings and yada yada yada. But there's a fucking limit, man. Call me a soyboy libtard democuck or a conservacuck neo-fascist but me PERSONALLY, I am not in any hurry whatsoever to be spammed up and down by mentally ill brain-rotted online political freaks on my Quake the Second. I'm really not. Is this or is this not okay??? Either kick these people to the curb and let them take out their pent up political aggression by beating the shit out of their wife and kids like a real goddamn American or let them fester on your server and have everyone else bear the brunt of all of the bile that comes out of that.

I can speak from first hand experience that managing a server is a PITA and psychologically damaging to the admin who has to monitor it. It really needs to be a shared duty. The users whine about insufficient management and whine again when the hammer drops.

I'm actually not active. I'm active on the forums here, but I never visit the servers anymore.

There are fewer players on the servers these days, and fewer admins. Come here, post a condump, maybe someone will see it within a few hours... but maybe not - folks are busy these days.  I would recommend using whatever ignore feature your client may have to block any individuals chat spam in the meantime if it gets too frustrating.
