One of my favorite actors. The first black oscar winner for Best Actor. He did the "Mr. Tibbs trilogy" before trilogies were even a thing, which are 3 of my favorite movies. I highly recommend them...

In The Heat of the Night (1967) - An excellent movie, perhaps one of the greatest films of all time.
