I didn't want to let this sit too long, considering that a TS500 was already tentatively being planned for around this time. This one has always been one of the best expressions of this community, and a good chance to say hi to people who don't check in too often. This is just one of the many ways I want to celebrate the memory of quadz.

That said, I'm wondering if we can currently accomplish this event with the current level of access we have to the servers. At a minimum, we need to be able to:

a) set a map on the ts500 server
b) restart the map at the beginning of the event

If this ends up being rough on the actual ts servers, then maybe claire's new efforts could come in handy.

Tentatively, I was thinking the 31st of August. Does that sound like enough prep time for everyone?

Round 1: 13 ET - campcity
Round 2: 16 ET - predm1
Round 3: 19 ET - spogsp1

yep, not a problem. We have the common rcon password, so no issues. Assuming the map you want is already on the server.

Had a really good thought come in from deadbeat -

three events over the course of the day. We generally get a few people who can't make the hour that the thing starts, or are otherwise unaware of it happening until then. Telling people that the next one is just a couple hours away could be nice.

Okay, the TS500 Triple Header is on the way! Working out the maplist as we're starting to get command over the servers, but three events will make sure that as many people as possible can join in.

Round 1: 13 ET
Round 2: 16 ET
Round 3: 19 ET

It's gonna be a long day of FFA!

Sorry I missed yesterday, really wanted to be there but had to take my old lady for surgery. Watched most of the stream replay though. Looked like lotsa fun. Great map picks! Dunno how you play and narrate at the same time, Jehar. Pro at work!
