This is my first time trying one out.

It's like you're in spectator, you can switch between players, but you can also free roam while the demo plays.

To play it, download the above .mvd2 file to:

  baseq2/demos

Then in q2pro console type:

  mvdplay ts500-008

You can use [ and ] keys to switch players, or press left mouse button to toggle free-roam.

There were roughly 50 clients in the server throughout, but that includes spectators.

Me and him 2v2'd as team EoM vs team KEA back in the 3v3 Nail tourney many many many moons ago.

I was up by about 12:30, but unfortunately had to go get a new battery for my old ladys car so she could make it to work this afternoon. I miss these damn things every fuckin' time.

Was thinking about taking a look at a replay of the stream if there was one, but that sounds even better. Probably gonna have to try that client out now.
