*Looking for Paks*

Hey everyone, my hardware these days is limited, and i play on android tablet 

I am looking for any paks that work on default renderer with q2 and/or software mode.YES, looking for .pcx paks....

If you havent seen my site before, i urge you to stop by

                   



I have a huge collection of paks that will work for many of you, if not every of you, but as far as i know of only afrodans pak works on software, and that has a face skinned on grenades

Here is a pak I've used before. It's all PCX except for some player skins but there are altered  PCX player versions inside as well. Bit on the larger side for q2 paks though.

Do you have the ability to compile your own pak on that tablet using pakscape or something? If so, there's always my pak item archive pages, which are mostly full of older PCX items from other peoples paks. You could piece you one together from all that stuff.

One more. This one is all PCX except a skull in the "gibs" folder but there is a grey PCX version as well, and some neat player sounds in the  pain25 range. I like the machine gun sound especially in this one and the rocket launcher. Mostly the work of someone else I just added some player sounds and tightened up the machine gun sound.

 Thanks Gologo! I was looking for that grooved super shotgun model (v_shotg2) to go a little better with the other model in my pak.

Here is another "last" pak. It has brighter weapons and ammo, and some really nice env .tga's among some other things. The weaps and ammo will work for Costigan in Software but not the armour. Maybe He will try Q2pro or Yamagi now?

Ok, one more pak that is all pcx, I believe. It's all a combination of other peoples' work. The funky skins are by Fryzui and a lot of stuff is from KlaaTu's custom pak. That's all I remember about it.
Best used with a client that supports crosshairs above the first three if you want all the crosshairs available in the pak. There is also a brighter colormap.pcx and some extra sounds buried within for the Pakscape users out there.

**If anyone does DL this pak - it really works best with q2pro as other clients give a bad run-time length error of some sort having to do with the player icons. Too bad cuz the skins are really neat, but the icons could be nixed. Either way..
