Anybody else getting crazy packet loss on the DM (or other) server lately?

I get it periodically. For hours it'll be buttery smooth with not a single red line shown on netgraph. Then, there'll be periods where it's like the attached image. Is that on my end, or is that possibly a tastyspleen issue?

Yes, this has been my experience (happening to me perhaps once or twice per week) since we moved to the new (less expensive) provider.

They only have a few 10gb pipes to the Internet, and so I suspect their links occasionally get overloaded when enough other servers in their datacenter happen to all start transferring data at once.
