Yeah.
Michigan VS Texas would've been good also. But that would've left Georgia playing Florida again. Nobody wants to see that.
I kinda would've liked to see Georgia get a 2nd shot at LSU with the same rosters. I'm confident a 2nd whack at them would go VERY differently. Well... not so confident. I just remembered the fake punt from the SEC championship. Kirby Smart is on meth. Any fucking thing could happen.
But Georgia vs Texas isn't the worst matchup. Texas has a shot at winning, believe it or not.
Georgia vs Ohio State or LSU vs Ohio State would've been great. Yet another year Ohio State escapes humiliation at the hands of a capable SEC defense.

A lot of people wanted UCF vs UF but that did not happen.
I think Mich has a very good chance of beating UF. Mich is supposed to be good against the run and UF cannot beat someone if they have to do it by passing.

I agree, Michigan can beat Florida. I thought they'd be the toughest opponent possibly for Georgia so I proposed that matchup. But, I could be wrong. Elite offenses seem to beat elite defenses. Maybe they're not the toughest opponent for Georgia. But I also DEFINITELY think than Ohio State would get exposed by an SEC defense.. that's a different conversation.
UNC had my son in their magazine a half a year ago. He actually won a contest. When we went to see Georgia tech a photographer started snapping photos of us randomly.... Well, he(and our lower halves) made the magazine again

www.foxnews.com/sports/old-homophobic-tweets-resurface-hours-after-kyler-murray-wind-heisman.amp
My first reaction is to dissapprove of an Oklahoma Heisman pick, but maybe he is?? I really don't know. I never watch any big 12 games, but this year was the ACC's worst year in a long time. FSU, UNC, Louisville, Miami all terrible. Clemson good, NC State above par. The ACC a few years ago appeared to be the clear 2nd best conference to the SEC. Not anymore haha.
So maybe this kid does deserve it. One things for sure though, the recruiting class but that had deshaun and Mitch trubisky is far better than the current one.

How is it that people who claim to be so left wing in their politics can act so fucking right-wing-ish and ultra-conservative about things on social media? To the aforementioned peoples: Fuck each and every one of you one by one.

Are you referring to the article? I never read it, and still haven't lol. I thought the title was funny though and talked about whether he deserves the Heisman. Maybe I should actually read it.
A QB always wins the Heisman nowadays and I'm probably overly critical about it. Mitch trubisky was UNC's back up to Marquise Williams who set the school record for most TDs. Despite UNC being complete garbage currently I can't help but laugh at Alabama's QB depth everyone's raving about.

Mostly was referring to the articles title by way of the URL. I briefly looked at the article but didn't really read it. I've already read 100 just like it, so whats the point.
I get the feeling there's a... BUNCH... of people out there with nothing to do, and they get up every morning, rub their hands together grinning, saying to themselves, "Who we gonna catch today?" Like they live for no other reason but to point out the racist or homophobic things someone might've ever said on social media. And we're all supposed to follow along and be utterly righteously outraged by it as if the star college quarterback was taking a hard discriminatory stance against those gross disgusting ungodly gay people when he was 14... when it's far more likely that he was just being a typical stupid 14 year old and calling something he didn't like "gay" without considering that one day someone would sift through everything he's ever done actively looking for the slightest reason to be publicly offended. Used to be that suffering was a virtue... but now, it's morphed into the virtue of victimism. The suffering part is irrelevant, just find a way to play the victim.

Yeah absolutely. 10 years ago I actually had an investigator print out my entire social media account in a hearing. I was on NEITHER side. My only purpose there was to say "I was hired by this person on this date, then 2 weeks later the said person quit". Which was truth and I was in disbelief that they went through so many measures to discredit me. All references to alcohol on my account were highlighted and presented to me in a stack of paper. Hahaha... I was neither defendent nor plantiff, holy shit I forgot about that . But yes, these kids in the spot light have it rough and it's horse shit.

A friend of mine from my high school and early college days (1999/2000) talked me into joining her on Diaryland, which was a kinda-popular kinda-blog type of site. It's what the name implies, an online journal kind of thing where either just your friends, or just you, or everyone and anyone could read what you put there. I kept that for maybe a couple of months before I abandoned it. It's been long gone now.
And then in probably 2005, a then girlfriend talked me into joining her on Yahoo Diary (or whatever the hell it was called). I did that for maybe 4 or 5 months too. Both times, I talked about things I did during the day, going out and getting stoned as fuck, drinking excessively, partying, etc. Things I certainly wouldn't want to print out and staple to a job resume. Luckily, the Yahoo Diary thing is gone now too and all the shit I wrote there will never come back.
But Facebook and Twitter will likely be mainstays for a long time to come. Because what you don't realize is that Facebook is not as independent as you may assume. They are government sponsored. In the early days, politicians and corporations were the biggest advertisers for them telling everyone to join them there. You think it's there to keep up with friends and family... but it's really there for the government to keep up with YOU.
I've heard some companies will refuse to consider you for a job if you refuse to provide your facebook details, don't have a facebook profile, or if you have a facebook profile but don't actively use it enough. Ain't that some shit?
Anyway, I live without facebook and all forms of social media. Do I miss anything important? Nope.
I also don't have a cell phone. Remember when people just didn't have them? The world still worked just fine. I get on wonderfully,
and
... I have an extra 80-100 bucks in my pocket every month too.

I've been bedridden mostly in a hospital so I watched more football than I have in a long time. I saw some pretty good games and plays, mostly I can't remember from being sedated but last night houston's Hopkins played very well.

Lol let's just say vae almost got his wish.
nubcakes: hes gonna drink himself to death and i will dance on his grave
Conor McGregor's proper 12 dislodged a massive blood clot in my stomach that caused hemmhorging and I didn't know it.
Turns out I had a bacteria that induces inflammation of the stomach. Drinking daily on top of that made it worse.

No crazy good bowl matchups yet but they're steadily getting better. If I'm home I might tune into Miami vs Wisconsin to see if it's any good. Maybe with WVU vs Syracuse tomorrow. Vanderbilt should beat Baylor... Saturday will be cool though. Didn't Florida just play Michigan in a bowl game 2 years ago? Or was that Michigan State?
