--I agree with Beav on the Marics maps, which were some of the greatest Quake 2 maps out there. 

I do feel grateful for this opportunity...to be able to listen in on the meeting with Maric, who didn't realize how good he was with his map making skills. 

Maric maps were always my favorite Quake 2 maps back in the day and now.  Maric maps live on...in the Mootown server. 

Thanks so much for sharing this with us Reefer and Jehar for doing your part in making this a reality! 

I love the fact that a bit of Quake 2 history will live on and that Maric should be recognized for his talents and the part he played in Quake 2 history. You all made it happen!  YOU ROCK!!!
