Let's start this off with a big

Callaway has great talent, but this kid has some serious discipline issues.  He has been suspended a couple of times before and he just doesn't learn.  He has NFL talent, but I doubt NFL teams will draft him with his current and past issues.

The game against Michigan was going to be tough to win anyway, now I see Michigan winning big.

Michigan is insanely overrated. They just lost a crap ton of senior starters. FL should be fine.

I'm going to share some of my foresight with betting opposed to just winning(or losing, I just don't share those) and explaining afterwards. The first week and the second sometimes is the best time to put money down.

 1. The over/unders are higher than normal.  They just are. I'm a guy that bets on UNC a lot and I take the over with them the vast majority of the time. They've always had an explosive offense and a shitty defense, so always take the the over in a UNC game......EXCEPT ON THEIR OPENING GAME. I won a nice wager betting NC SC would be under 68 points 2 years ago and it ended 17 - 14 or something. Georgia last year I forget what it was. But that was the best UNC team in quite awhile vs a normal Georgia squad and both teams we're having hiccups, mainly at the qb position. Anyway, UNC lost their entire offense. They have one decent wide receiver and a semi decent OL. everyone else is brand new. ESPN and Vegas has NC beating California 49 - 25. LOL. Take to the under!!!!!!!

2. Hyped up teams are going to have overly lopsided odds in their favor. Big 10 teams like Ohio State, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Nebraska are all shoe ins to be overrated. Unless their playing a nobody you can expect a closer game than what the odds say, especially in opening week. Oklahoma and USC the odds will love. Haven't looked at their opponents yet though.

Right now my sports book has a higher balance than my bank account. I never took out my winnings from last year. Time to go in full force on week 1.

I've told my wife I'm cashing out several times. So I'll be betting 10k on week 1 without telling her.

You don't HAVE to. Don't make the mistake of thinking just because it's in there, you HAVE to put it down on something. Personally, I'd only put 1/3 to 1/2 of it down at any one time, unless there were a plain old win/lose bet you have a damn good reason to believe it's a sure thing.

It was the Rousey vs Zingano fight a couple years back where I put up... (gulp)... 35 grand to win 5. (Yeah, that was REAALLY fucking stupid, NEVER do that.) At the time, I was like many others and thought there was NO WAY IN HELL that Rousey could lose that fight or ANY FIGHT. I think she ended up submitting Zingano in less than 15 seconds, and I thought, "WOW, this bitch is gonna be my golden goose from now on!" And then she fought Holm not long afterwards. And like I had been saying all along, most of the women in UFC were not very good boxers, and when a skilled boxer finally came along like Holm, she destroyed Rousey like a bear mauling a baby. And that's when I realized just how stupid it was to bet that much on one thing.

I don't HAVE to. But I am. I've always done the best in the first 1-2 games in betting. Last year UNC won the national championship in basketball. Take a wild guess what team I bet on every time in March Madness, haha. I have 13,000 in my sportsbook right now(from 250.00).

This is my 5th year in a row betting on college football, and a bit of college basketball. Each year I've improved and gotten better. When I say I am +13,000, I have literally lost 100,000$ but won 113,000(or so). I've bet $10 and won more than 1,200 before from a good parlay call. I've also bet 2-3k and lost more times than I'd like to admit. But, you learn through experience and I really think there's opportunity in week 1 and I'm gonna jump on it. Y'all should too.

Can't wait even though UNC isn't the front runner to win the ACC coastal division like the past 3-4 years. I'm wondering if Miami or Virginia tech can echo their glory days. UNC had a 11-1 season 2 years ago. Substitute UNC with the word "Miami" and they would've been ranked in the top 5 lmao.

Everyone's saying it'll be Florida or Georgia for the sec east. I hope Florida beats Michigan and DEFINITELY hope Georgia beats notre dame in week 2. Notre dame will go from unranked to 12th if they win. Georgias first game against app state can't be overlooked though. App state has always been the smaller school team that'll upset you out of North Carolina(there's ECU too). Those app state kids practice in Boone, NC the town with the highest elevation east of the Mississippi. 3,400 ft above sea level or so. Away games don't bother them much, and their past games prove that.

I am not putting to much hope in the Gators in this game. 
Florida Offense - The Gators are starting a QB who has never taken a snap in a college game and he will be without the top receiver or running back. 
Florida Defense, which has carried FLA for the last few years, lost 8 starters from last year and 5 of the 10 players suspended are defensive players. 

I know Michigan lost a lot of players from last year, but they would really have to suck to get beat by the team the Gators are gonna put out there on Saturday.

I know y'all probably thought/think I was flapping my jaw in the other thread before sarge made a new one, but I'm giving you ONE more chance. Take the under in the 1st half in the o/u. Check online sports books for what their over under is before you talk to your bookie so he doesn't try to screw ya. It's week 1 and 90% of games are under in the first half.

Florida's gonna be playing with both hands tied behind their back until the suspensions are up. Hell, for once it ain't Georgia starting the season off with half the roster on suspension. I don't expect much at all from Georgia this year though. If they end the season at 6 wins or better, they'll be doing good. 

Watched part of the California at UNC game. That one sliiiiightly overshot pass to the endzone in the 2nd Q is all they needed to win. UNC probably made a mistake picking up that former LSU quarterback. He didn't do too well at LSU either. Georgia tried that with that shitty Virginia qb and it had similar results. The rest of the team didn't make him better, he made the rest of the team worse.

Missouri State at Mizzou, 43 to 72. God damn. Too bad I missed that one.
