I wonder if there is any program that allows me to monitor the traffic of upload and download of my computer in real time, and that allows me to block the programs that are uploading or downloading without my authorization.
Would it be something like a firewall but more simple and straightforward?
Could I view the list of programs using the Internet and block them in real time?
