plastik, EST would mean most everybody in the US would have to... uh.. subtract an hour from what their clocks say?

I've never heard of EDT, I've always seen Eastern Time abbreviated as EST.

Now I also have a question, in case my nephew decides to sign up, is it possible for two people to join from the same IP?

I see, EDT is used during the summer, and EST is used during the winter. But looking it up, It is only observed in certain parts of the country, in the same state as me, but in the eastern part of the state, I live in the western part, so it is not applicable to me. It is still EST for me.

For spring and summer, much of the U.S. is on daylight savings time, as opposed to standard time. Thus, the ST becomes DT for many of us.
