In your windows 7 search box (in the start menu) type in "Installed Updates"

this will take you to the control panel where you can see what you have installed and remove them if you would like to do so.

If you know the number of the update it is pretty quick way to find it and get rid of it

Yes, i arange them by numbers and look on the first numbers. But for any of them, another metod exists ?

If you're talking about the same update that I think you may be wanting to get rid of... because most folks do... then here's several ways to go about it. I wouldn't really recommend simply uninstalling the update, because it'll only reinstall again in a day or two.
