I started playing again, for the first time in about 10 years, this week. Im almost ashamed to say it, but it felt a little like coming home.
The slapstick ultra violence really tickles my funny bone

BTW im 59, anybody remember lavaboy? I seemed to recognize some of the player names i have been seeing. If it jogs your memory i used to have "NEENER NEENER NEENER!" bound to a key that i would try to hit after ever frag if there was time. It used to drive people crazy

Speaking of nostalgia, your avatar takes me back. Used to be pretty into the Church of the SubGenius in my teens back before the ORIGINAL X-Day happened in 1998. I'm from the Atlanta area, and used to listen to the national radio show, Hour of Slack, as well as the local SubGenius show, Bob's Slacktime Funhouse, both of them on the WREK Georgia Tech radio station. Local show used to be hosted by this lovely foul mouthed lady, Rev Susie the Floozie.

Great Stuff and especially appropriate for the holidays Its a pity more people dont think that way.
I have always liked their message too, its a nice touch of realism in a surreal reality.

Supposedly it's dead -- same as the "dancing frog legs" phenomenon, where shaking salt onto recently-severed frogs legs makes them twitch around. (In this case, the sodium in the soy sauce.)

Lol I Find After 2 Months Of Itense Quake 2 Playing I Am A Pro Again and Hence I Try to Install Anti-Cheat Right Away Considering getting Fragged Non-Stop and then DOING THE FRAGS NON-STOP COMING IN FIRST PLACE EACH GAME OR TOP 5 WHEN YOU USED TO BE THE BOTTOM 5 Score For 2 Months Of Some Hardcore Warming Up. I Am Having A Bit Of Trouble Re-Installing My Quake 2 Game And Never Mind My OLD Gun Models and Shit I can't Find Any Descent Gun Model Replacement Skins etc.
