Skins?

Can any1 here design new quake skins? I have a few ideas but only 1 sticks out in my head and i dont have the first clue how to go about this.  Any and all help is appreciated.

download paintshop pro or some photo editor.

download pakscape.

find the pak with players folder. open the model male/female/cyborg/crakwhore etc then copy the athena.pcx grunt.pcx ctf_b.pcx etc file

open in editor color how you please.replace files in pak or folder with new ones you edited

As fun as it might be to have a invis skin im sure it would breach the code on most servers lol, No im actually wanting a pot leaf skin. Maybe put some red eyes on it and a smile. =]

Not available to the public yet. It'll be in my latest pak whenever I finally stop procrasterbating and finish it. Maybe by Christmas, I can't promise anything though.

1. I did remember a grenade skin which was so funny since players would approach you thinking you are an ammo.
2. A railgun or slug skin would be funny.
3. Would be so cool if you can make a tiny dot skin.
