DM is not really a barometer for overall skill. Usually it's luck of the draw when it comes down to close games, within a threshold of +or - 5 but i think you won enough maps to prove you do got skill in dm. especially with a ping like that. i know i wouldn't even want to play with a ping over 125.

weekday server patronage has been abysmally low it seems. i guess weekends are more populated by that screenshot.

These games did not take place on the weekend. They took place the day of the post. I find USA players play more during the night hours your local time time
