As I promised in IRC, I am creating a poll on behalf of Magic. For around a year now, magic has been silenced on the forums and is requesting a community vote to release him from bondage.

Magic is a unique personality, and I admire and respect his ability to constantly entertain all of us. He helps out with map creation for jump mod, supports the railz, and ra2 community by participating weekly and in the recent tourney! He also provides the community with valuable programming incite.

So, whether or not this poll will have an impact on quadz' decision, I am hereby declaring this poll open and support the removal of forum ban placed on magic.

Maybe you should gloss over the fact that he slandered many people here, accused admins of cheating, cheated repeatedly and without remorse, and has wasted more admin time with his stupid bullshit than the vast majority of people who have required admin action in the past.

I won't even start with his transparent and ridiculously childish trolling attempts that went on without ceasing until he was forced to cease by admin intervention.

He has fuckall of value to add to this community and has shown this with his actions repeatedly to the point where he has been all of these: given a required alias, given custom forum status, banned, muted, and had his forum posting ability removed.

He doesn't learn given ample opportunity to do so and he doesn't know when to shut up, so he should stay silent.

Nobody here cares about your opinion of him, as your opinion on most things is a fucking stupid one. Trying to skew the results with your bullshit thread descriptions and such isn't going to sway anyone.

PS: You're a fucking tool being used by a fucking tool.

I did not know it had been that long. I did notice that it has been a lot more peaceful for quite some time.

If you liked Douchebag aka Magic so much maybe you can sacrifice or swap places with him.

Magic's forum posting privileges can be restored in the condition that you will be the one muted. Trade places then.

Its been 1 year, thats a long punishment... there is no harm in letting him back, you can always reban quickly.

I voted: Magic should be kept on mute indefinitely.

He has now left his position of handling things under my work desk now twice, and left me in a bind so I'm not giving him another chance. I was nice and gave him one more chance, and he left me hangin(literally).

The problem, 2dum, is that unlike you, magic refuses to come down from his trolling bullshit even for a second to realize how bad he's screwing his future here. Remember when you were slamming people with that private message spam in q2? Even you realized that you needed to change your behavior just enough to get unmuted and be allowed to exist freely in this community. MAGIC DOES NOT SEE THIS REALITY. Not EVER. He's been given so many chances.

When he was asking for his initial unban, I voiced my support for him because I figured he needed a second chance. You know what he ended up doing to me as a courtesy for vouching for him? Slapped me in the face every chance he could get on the forums, even when I would stand up for him again. THAT is why he deserves to stay directly where he's at. Someone that is so stupid they don't learn even a tiny flake of self-recognition deserves the fate they incur.

Also, you're only fucking yourself over by standing by him. Anyone that tries to help him, he turns on them. He's a bad seed, 2dum - you're not; get away from him.

Enough whining 2dum. You made your plea, your plea was rejected by the masses - move on.

Quads makes the ultimate decisions here and unless he has been to busy to respond, his silence gives a you the answer.
