As much as I have battled animosity, we have learned to coexist. I think he's played long enough to earn a second chance at participating.

I'm still not clear as to what happened exactly. I thought people were fine with each other. Guess not.

I have no comment specifically as I still am unclear on the precise details, but on the surface, I'd say that if the specific infraction didn't happen in the tournament itself (which obviously, it did not), then it should have little bearing if any at all on the tournament once underway. It would have to be an exceptional situation to warrant this kind of action.

also, harassing one of the nicest people around tastyspleen - one of whom does a lot for the community, isn't a good look on you brah. If you want to go around flinging your non-sense, being extremely derogatory and negative towards someone and then acting like nothing happened..playing the victim card..it isn't going to work here breh.

You can try and pass this off one whomever you want, but I guarantee you I am not the only one who feels this way, I would also guarantee at least 90% of the people in the draft feel the same way.

This kinda thing is precisely why I declined Rick's personal invitation to join the RA2 league festivities. I've only played RA2 maybe once. Didn't really like the format. But that's not why I declined. It's been my experience that Q2 leagues always somehow involve having to endure drama and bullshit and grief of some degree. Not pointing fingers at anyone. I ain't involved in... whatever this thread is about... and don't wanna be. Don't care. Not my problem. But usually leagues never run as friendly cordial get togethers free from immature chest beating or complaining. It ain't even started yet, and whatever this is has already happened. Probably won't be the last incident to happen. It was the same thing with the old NAiL tourney I took part in. Was the same thing with the old Mosterkill tourney. Now, I don't wanna discourage anyone else from making the decision to sign up and play because of what I'm saying here. I hope lots of people DO sign up and have a good time playing. But for the sake of future games and leagues and tourneys, maybe keep this in mind. If you want people coming back and continuing to play, the bullshit and drama MUST be kept as close to 0 as possible. Understand and obey the rules at all times and stick to the schedules. Don't try to ask too many questions of the admins/refs and change shit. Be gracious winners OR losers. Don't skip out on matches because you're afraid of losing. Keep it fun. Give people no reason to complain.

Here's my version. Me and rick were talking shit to each other like we always do. rick is known to troll and haze just about everyone he plays with that constant spamming of loltr or EZ etc and everyone knows this so of coarse I talk shit back to him. it carried over into mirc where I am one of the admins in the chan we were arguing in so I tried to ban/kick him from the chan. He kept coming back because he knows how to do that sort of thing. I thought the other admin in the channel was unbanning him, so I tried to kick / ban the other admin. Well the other admin who btw was not helping rick at all, was Erica. Hell hath no fury like a woman scorn. Ever since this all happened its been them dramatically victimizing themselves so I look like the worst villain ever. Since then they have been shit talking, team stacking, banning me from #eL, #ra2draft and the ra2 league. All parties are at fault and both sides have done plenty of shit talking but only one side, me, has offered a truce or some sort of peace offering. I asked them many times lets just not talk shit to each other, lets keep it fun, don't talk to me and I wont talk to you and I believe once rick even agreed but quickly said stfu and still stayed on the team with hops and one other vs me and vamp or Erica. Now is that supposed to be fun or fair? rick and hops + 1 vs me and Erica and vamp? Anyway, this is how I see it. Of coarse everyone has their version of what happened etc etc but the difference is, my truce offering still stands and I already promised quadz I wouldn't talk shit on the servers. If that aint enough then go enjoy the league. Have fun!!

I only know 13 of these players which is about half. Out of these 13, 2d seemed to want me to play from his above post and I don't think ive ever had a problem with mil, phil, y0, ex, greenz, and killo so 90% is a little hard to believe.
