Nah, one the few varieties of fentanyl. You'll have some schmuck that'll buy a large quantity of H that's been diluted to hell and back with inert crap to wring more profit out of it, so the next guy breaking it up for street distro beefs it up with this shit to make it perform more up to par. Only problem is these guys ain't exactly scientific about how much they put in it or how they mix it and shit ain't consistent throughout the batch. One teenth bag might be fine, the next one might be nothing but a free ride on a metal slab.
