RA2 skins

yea, i dunno if this is an actual issue. however i think some players can't see skins even when they are installed. i tried to install the old ra2 file in the past from this site:

However the file is missing. even when i did attempt to install, it gave me missing skins. The file obviously needs to be updated. perhaps someone can update the Ra2 server to fix whatever error people are seeing. i don't think it is allowing the download of skins. i noticed this with lithium as well, as the player actually has to be actively playing for the skin to download.

EDIT: Nevermind i think i have all the skins. so far i have yellow, aqua, green, orange, red, blue. The download doesn't install  for newer OS'. i don't know if new players have this issue.
