I've added a half-mute and forced name "D".

(It's unfortunate that single-letter names break the /ignore feature, but I think we'll have to address that separately.)

I just read the first page, half mute and name force seem fair...   

He's always been friendly with me, even though misery and myself play a little the same (rl and armor heavy)

Looking at the log though, I would consider forcing the name 3===D

Status update:

To test that, I've half-muted my own IP. I wonder if I'll notice at all.

I did notice it pretty quick. Someone says "hello" and I can't respond because I said "" thirty seconds ago due to some prior event.

The map ends and I can't say "gg' because I'm still muted.

Nevertheless, it's not that tough to adjust to.

After a few maps I have it dialed in to where I can mostly reply when I want to, when something fun happens.

I've tried it for a week now.

It's tolerable but a bit annoying.

I'll try lowering it from 60 to 30 to see how that compares (reducing D's to 30 sec as well.)

Ignore: Already said it, but not really an option with R1Q2. Might look into upgrading to Elysium's client if I ever truly get the urge to ignore someone.

Alias to avoid his comments: Doesn't work either. He shit talks anyone he doesn't recognize that doesn't stink to the same degree that he does. Think I've used 2 or 3 different brand new aliases in the last week or two and he's made rude comments out of turn to every single one of them.

Haters gonna hate or some shit.
