nobody does 1v1 anymore because this forum is such a smokescreen ego fest. unless of course it's in their interest (handicap) nobody cares about pub matches. i rarely get a highscore in a pub match.instead of doing public matches on tuesday, why not have a 1v1 elimination tournament, players takes demos of each match. since there are multiple arenas. simultaneous matches can be played if desired. then we can see who talks the most.

That's fine and dandy but, that general outlook isn't what this discussion is about.. it's 2dum thinking he has something on me and persisting that I'm afraid to participate in one of his joke ra2 events. I'll avoid stating the obvious, but lets just say i'm not "afraid" of anyone that attends these events let alone 2dum. Everyone knows I can defend myself in these verbal exchanges and no one feels the need to come to my aid..but apparently the reality of what's going on is so obvious that people still give their input. It isn't a matter of shit talking one's skills(I mean c'mon now), it's a matter of 2dum being a moron and that's how people see it.

Full Ra2 Night

Highlights:

Started around 8:30pm til 1:30 am pst

Played for 5 hours and built up to a 8v8 with lots of people popping in and out (25-30).

played map 27, 24, 9, dakyne, faks, 13, 20

Clan ltr showed up in numbers, eL showed up later, some new players showed up also.

everyone had a good time talking and playing

A reminder: to spec, hit tab-->create new team-->scroll down to mapname-->do not press enter -->press backspace
*note, this only works if competition mode is voted off

for new players: rocket arena spawns you with every weapon and full ammo, places you on one of 2 teams, red or blue, and lets you rocket jump.

if you have a map you would like to play, please check out the uploaded image of all Rocket Arena maps on page 1 of this thread, a couple posts downward, and just tell everyone which map you would like to play
