Every Tuesday / Saturday night, we will be having Rocket Arena Throw back nite for some classic 5v5 or 6v6 or 8v8 matches from 8:30pm-2am pst

Ra2 Saturday night started really late today (11pm pst), but we managed to build the teams to 5v5 and cycle through many maps over 3 hours. Next week we'll look to starting it alot earlier. Saw alot of new players joining in tonite and everyone seemed to have a good time. gg

1) your q2 is ugly.

2) god, I miss playing 16on16 on map4, haha.  or playing matches on that map for that matter.  that map was so bad, yet had so many memories of 4 hour matches of people just camping in the lazer room.  or map7 with people camping the outside on the ledges.

3) imma def vote maps 3, 7 13, 14, 15, 18, 22, 25 next time we have more then 2on2's going.  Those maps used to be so fun on pub. 

4) not sure if quadz still has them in the rotation, but you're missing the ScaR maps that TissuE made btw.  We even played a couple OGL matches on his new rendition of map24 back in late 08 as it was pretty popular and nicely made.

Man, it's been a long time since I heard about the clan ScaR (or whatever). Tissue and 1 other (Booz maybe) used to talk a lot of shit on the Zone. I usually only played CTF but was doing well one time on a DM server and Tissue was smack talking the shit out of me wanting me to 1v1. Good times.

first half of the map it was vae and i for 1st n 2nd...teams were fair, slugs, myself creepz von slander and smurf on red;   rk, vae, straz, 2dum, test on blue;  then slugs got called a bot and kicked which is when we started getting raped bc nobody could hold a position (how rk got the lead) then vae reconnected and slugs came in the last 10 mins of the map i think(then we started to win again)...
