That's what I did but they come out huge and in segments, depending on the length of the demo you are recording. my sony vegas crapped itself so I had to first use virtual dub to join the clips, then used handbrake to condense it to 900MB instead of 20GB. The quality is actually better than i thought. I didn't realize you could watch it in  HD 720p  the downside is, that it does not automatically play for others in HD you have to change the settings yourself

Yeah, Youtube seems to default to 360p, IDK why.

As for FRAPS, if you've got a 64-bit OS you can tell it to not split videos into 4 gig segments. Helps performance too if it's not stopping and starting every few minutes!

unfortunately i am using xp home 32 bit. I love xp but at the end of this year looks like i will need to upgrade my windows. Might upgrade my pc with it.

Don't blame you. I'm on Win7 x64. The only drawback is it has Issues with a lot of older games but I have Mint Linux on my laptop and that runs old games on Wine very nicely!
