TDM model problem

hi together,
i have some really nice skins for my quake, thx @elysium for helping me at this point, but when i play TDM i only see the same skin for both teams, it is unplayable because i cant see if the player for my eyes is an friend or an enemy  have i to do some settings in my autoexec to fix this? or what must i do to let this work?

hi lg_maiden, I don't know if you use r1q2 but if so, write this in your autoexec:

set cl_noskins 0
