Kamirail needs its collision reworked

I'm goddamn sick of this bloody cheap gun. Since the person who gets tagged is doomed, it would make more sense if you actually, you know, had to HIT the person instead of ballparking it like a rocket. I'm sick of playing with wusses who just use nothing but this and rack up cheap kills while they turn tail and sonic off into the sky.

Exactly. Skill still wins most of the time, but it gives the unskilled a better chance

They could fix that weapon but then you'd probably find some other overpowered weapon that will annoy you (arc cannon, heat seeking missiles, etc.).

You're better off playing xatrix, vortex, chaos or standard death match instead if you desire balanced multiplayer.

This one just cheeses me because it's a plinky little guaranteed death that's instant-hit, and it's a major pussies' weapon for people who like to run away. It'd catagorize it with the gravity IED on the corny shit scale. Speaking of that one, it should be possible to teleport out of it. You can teleport when frozen, FFS. That's another rant though...

All I'm asking is that it be made so you actually have to connect with the rail shot in order to tag someone. Currently it's pretty corny for a velocity-free, rail-based weapon.

I have tried to shed a tear here....but it just not coming.

How about using the hook or sonic to get off the damn ground    ?
Its much more difficult to nail someone flying through the air with Kami or these other even higher radius weapons such as the Positorn, Freezatron, Gravitron or any xxxxxtron.  In fact, if you can do it, its a hell of a shot.

Work on that defense.....its a critical part of the game overlooked by most players...

Now that kamirail..
I remember when Mike increased the kill radius of that weapon.  Very effective killing weapon and makes players HATE YOU!  LOL.
If you do get hit with it though,  you can try to take out the player that shot you with it and make him die along with you.  Poser seems to be good at that trick.

These kinds of weapons are perfect for WODX!

...doing well in WOD-X basically just requires a bit of map and weapon knowledge...

...you can be just an average player, as far as aim and movement goes, and have binds set to the most powerful (overpowered) weapons and consistently win...
