I think the biggest thing to be noted here is 2dum is definitely a troll.  Apparently the guy is smart, has a master's in some science field or something, and does NOT act like this in real life.  y0 (cb) told me about it one night, how he just likes fucking with people and never take him seriously because if you knew him in real life, you'd swear they weren't the same person.  That's why I never reported him, although he never spammed me, to be fair, except with general regular-chat-mode annoyingness.
