New Vortex servers

A couple new vortex servers are up that I've been playing a lot on.

Vortex - [Helios] : 38.109.189.13:27910 (American server, server goes down occasionally.)
Vortex - [Selene] : 201.238.222.34:27910 (Chilean server, IP changes alot, though.)

If you haven't noticed by now, fish has his own vortex server set up.

If you want to set up your own server, then here is what you need to do it (except when it comes to MySQL; that part kinda confuses me. ).

Also, there's a bug with generalabmode 1 which makes runes useless, so make sure to set that cmd to 0. Hopefully this will be fixed when Darkzard and N4CH0 update it.
