Hi Gang!

I've been here before, maybe a year or so ago. I'd like to make you aware/invite...the Quake 2 crowd to try Chaos. We usually have weekly Chaos games.

I will post our planned Chaos games @ http://chaoticdreams.org/. Please check Chaotic Dreams.org if interested.

We're having a get together tonight, Monday April 9th & on Thurs. April 11th on Mootown Chaos Revived Server: # 75.84.59.55:27910 @ 6:00pm PST.

Man, I had some good times playing chaos on Zone. I remember playing on brokenedge with only a few people, and it was probably the most fun I ever had playing Q2. But the trouble was is that there weren't any chaos servers.

Hi Guys!

@ MCS_FaderJok0: If you had such a good time playing Chaos, you owe it to yourself to have a go @ it again, since Mootown Chaos Revived Server is available. We welcome new players to share in the Chaotic fun.

@ peewee_RotA: I hope one day, you can find the time. We'd like to see you! Also, I'm NOT a dude. Just to clear that up.

FYI, Chaotic Dreams is up & running! Tim Cas was so kind to host the site. So it's been running since July of 2011.

I'm also the Chaos "News Master" on Chaotic Dreams...for the Quake2 Chaos section. I basically post the times & dates of on going scheduled Chaos games.

We had a visitor tonight, we didn't recognize that stopped by to play Chaos. Anyone recognize a [BFT] Misery?

haha... i can already see you are getting some of the bottom of the barrel players... least kids like peewee might counter balance that

FYI, we've had our Chaos Mootown server up since Aug of 2010. So it will be 2yrs coming up this summer!

I see now, a few more of you are aware of it. We do usually have to schedule our games. So check back from time to time.

I was pleasantly surprised how many turned out tonight to play Chaos. I recognized Marijane. If I remember right, you were in the KEA clan, back in the hey day. It was great seeing you.

It brings up old times, good memories. I don't recognize THERSOfi though, unless you used another alt at the time. You seem to know me but I'm sorry I can't place the name. Also great to see peewee, pokemoo & The Happy Friar. A [Q2} Kavaki came in also but , it wasn't a name I recognize. Thanks everyone for the fun!

Lol someone else started it.

I was just taking advantage of a glitch I found. The spawn protection lasts twice as long as the kamakazi timer. So you can always just kamakazi on spawn without dying.

I found that too. Normally it's not an issue but you spawned with some weapons/ammo so you could do it last night.

I had an issue with the high res model pack messing up with the custom chaos textures, then I had an issue with it not loading the right config when I would start the game and could only select the Q2 weapons with my shortcuts & had to mousewheel for everything else. Once I got those fixed it was a lot of fun.
