Man, this dude is screwed up. He's schizophrenic I believe. He believes people are out to get him, even though when you press the issue and ask who, he says "everyone." He thinks his friends are going to kill him and bury his body where no one will find him.

I read up on Pheonix Jones a while ago. He had his funding from the city pulled for an indictment for something he probably never did. He was some kind of paid spokesman against drunk driving or something.
