So basically it's burning trash. I dunno how "green" that would be. Burning plastics and styrofoams gives off toxic gases and chlorofluorocarbons. I think I remember when I was younger, maybe 14 or 15, riding by some place out in eastern Georgia that had a large trash incinerator. It was nighttime too, so you could really see the flames shooting up. Looked pretty cool.

I could care less about how green it is. I just think it's awesome that it can technically power itself while producing other valuable gases for processing. In fact I don' think that it actually cumbusts in the traditional sense.

I'd gather it's burning it hot enough to reduce it to basic elements, so instead of carbon monoxide (for example) you'd get carbon and oxygen seperate.

I just think would be cool to say "Let's ZAP THAT SHIT!"

Plasma isn't burning, it's turning it into ions and ALL the molecules break down into elemental ions. Once the gas cools the electrons recombine with the atoms and you are left with elemental gasses or some simple gasses like H2O or CO2 depending on how they recombined. Not sure if you'd get methane or not. The question will be, does it produce more power than it consumes or enough power to at least make it cost-effective?
