True. But it was British millionaire Jimi Heselden, chairman of Hesco Bastion, the company that bought Segway, Inc., who died in an accident involving a Segway on September 27, 2010. He fell off a cliff while riding it. He was the owner of a Segway.

Dean Kamen, the inventor of the device, is still alive.

Depends. Lightning can explode limbs off if it hits you right. Then again, some spots are worse than others for getting inked. The tip of the elbows, armpits, the throat, etc.
