I am jewish and If I over analyzed that dude with the red swastika shirt on I would probably be pretty offended and whine and bitch about it but I am not going to because it is a joke and is meant as such. Nothing in here reflects anyones opinions on a matter. The point of the pictures is to show one person getting owned at his or her expense. That is what it does.

Thanks for sharing about what the "owned" pictures really mean.  Again, race played no role in why I chose to select that particular picture.  I have no idea why you people find humor in a picture such as that especially when you are completely ignorant about their lives.

 no joke, Florida gets it up the ass every year.. not just every dozen years or so.
 I have family/friends who have property or live down there... all loved the pic

 

we gulf/atlantic coasters get tropical storms nearly every month during the summer, and at least 2 or 3 hurricanes a year fucks us up.

And probably 90% of the owned pictures are taken out of context just for this purpose. Yeah I will agree with you that probably 90% of them are not funny to me either. Does that make it wrong if someone think it is?

Surely intellectually superior people as you won't take part in laughing at these mundane shots...but that won't stop me of poking fun at you, like I did before.

On another subject I agree with Element...you fill most of what's required to be emo.

-You have a ~ at the end of your name.
-You have a artsy auto portait.
-You use myspace.

You have to be emo. Now go back to your livejournal or something.

furthermore, I agree with BigWig's follow up.. you are emo.. but he forgot to add the fact that the most noticable part that shows you are emo is that you're acting like a whiney little bitch as of lately.

if you don't find them funny, then fuck right off.  Just cause you're moody doesn't mean you need to drag everyone else down with you.  And non of this outbursting or lashing out would have occoured if you had just stated your opinion the one time.  Unfortunately, you had to quote on almost everyone that posted and belittle their thoughts, opinions or expressions over what is ment to be a handful of mildly comical pictures.

I realize these last few posts will most likely hit the Entropy Pool, but I think if they go, this whole thread should go.. I know this is a commuinity, and no one likes to see this sort of stuff, but it'll happen no matter what.. so keep this shit all together so when the next whiney bitch comes along with their violin and sad tune about the moralities of a mild joke, they can see how it interrupts the content flow of personalities this commuinity has to offer.

Like seriously, did you think we'd just roll over and let you try to dictate what we find mildly amusing or not?  It's one thing to express yoyur point of view, but you crossed that line from expressing it to pushing it upon another.

Last attempt at explaining this one.  It does not matter who they are..... if you're trying to figure out who they are, you are overanalyzing the attempt at humor, and again, defeating the purpose, and that is to get a laugh.  All we're presented with is the picture of two white parents, and a black child, no other information.  It's the "idea" that that lady got banged by a black dude while the two pictured were married, and that the lady was impregnated by the black dude, without the white guy's knowledge till the baby was born, that is the funny "idea", maybe the look on the white guy's face when the baby was born, etc.  It helps if you've seen the movie "Me, Myself, & Irene" perhaps.  To what degree it is funny, that's up to the individual.  I didn't personally think it was hilarious, but it might have been worth a smile, or a "heh". 

It crossed my mind all the different possible scenarios, but I wasn't about to try to preach to people to take the time to stop and think before they try to be funny next time, don't think that'll be very productive.  That appears to be what you've done though.  And for what reason, what was your goal?  You could have just said "I think all owned pictures are lame", since that's the gist of it right?  We don't necessarily have to agree with you, and what is the harm in us enjoying them?
