Is there a hud that keeps track of deaths as well as frags?

Could someone point me in that direction, please, thanks!

I dont know why I have this, but if i start a xatrix game in my localhost i have an icon on the right corner that counts the deaths.
Only in my localhost, not online

You probably have a non-stock version of the gamex86.dll
