Actually, there's Hardee's on the east coast, and Carl's Jr. on the west coast.

Guess since Texas is right in the middle that's why there's a mix. I do remember one being here but that was over 13 years ago.

Also, White Castle used to be down here too until about 20 years ago or so. All we have now is one shitty Krystal in a gas station (I looked it up, we have one loner left).

Whataburger does make a good burger. All of the Whataburger's in central FL closed

The closest Whataburger is in Jacksonville and some going across I-10.

If it's a burger chain restaurant, I'd opt for In-and-Out and Fatburger over any other place. If forced to choose, I'd lean more towards Fatburger.

that dumb as fuck moment when people call one out one fast food joint as bad but are happy to lay preference to another.

it's ALL shit. it is all terrible quality, it is nutritionally awful and it tastes so fuckin good when you're drunk that you couldn't care less. you wouldn't catch me eating anything from these places sober though bar maybe once a month.

Carl's Jr, Fatburger and In-an-Out are restaurants that you normally see on the west coast, like in California.

If you want a real burger though, you gotta go to those local, mom and papa shops you see on the travel channel and what not. haha : )
