Doesn't wallfly add chat bans automatically when people get spammy with binds?

With short binds like "" or whatever it adds a temp-mute.

With longer binds like "which of you cnuts ordered this shit map" it bans the phrase itself.  Thus, why he keeps modifying the phrase... i.e. "which one ordered this cnut map".

He has a really dynamic IP, so I've added a half-mute for now.  (Least harmful in terms of possible collateral damage.)

did you ever fix the issue with wildcards in your phrase muting system i accidentally exploited lol

Apologies for spam on q2 last night, had a bad day and 'cracked' after provocation from player after using the mymap/nextmap command constantly on DM server

on DM you can only pick one map each 5 q2dm maps.

you do that spam shit everytime someone picks another map.

i usually pick a diff map during dm3 just to avoid dm4, then i leave.
and im not the only one picking maps there.

Try it between dm8 and 1.  Kinda gives ya a DM break before the cycle starts over.



Zep,  maybe the map can only change that often,  but the command can be typed as often as spam regulator allows....
even then SANTA,  wtf????   lol.   Don't like the map go get a snack, spectate, rub one out while eating a snack in spectator mode, check email, see whats going on on the vanilla server...   etc..

its like, dm4 tells me its time to go! 

and SANTA joined the DM server on the end of dm2, i picked tastydm2 during dm3, and no one more used the mymap cmd.

even then.. you can only pick one diff map only after 5 q2dm maps have been played..
so you can take a nap for 5minutes if you dont like the map 

its all good..the purpose for this wasnt to get you muted.
i just found it incoherent the fact you wanted to ignore everyone, and then spam the server to the point i was about to leave the server

some people feel that way when they see a custom map come up. Instead of leaving when it's time for dm4 you can also "take a nap for X minutes if you dont like the map"?

A small set of non dm1-8 maps was added awhile ago...  hafta look but I bet its over a year ago.  You can't choose one very often so it doesn't break up the rotation that much.   I include one at random in just about every set I play on DM.
