Ladies and gentlemen, instead of buying plastic crap and products made in third world countries... why not spend some of your gold on donations this year?
Since there are way to much "administrative fees" in helping sick and starving people I'd rather give to something that hopefully will go straight to where it's needed...

I would but I think I would rather do something for my community. I'm thinking of volunteering to feed the homeless either in Skid Row, or a homeless shelter in Downtown L.A

I'd rather support something that doesn't have a bunch of useless info.  While knowing every little tidbit about every little video game and movie franchise ever made is cool, having only a paragraph about something that actually exist is pretty lame.

Plus they have a whole page on PlanetHalfLife and not one on PlanetQuake.  That would be like having a wiki entry about Uranus but just a single work mention of Earth.

Yuck.  :p  MS couldn't even touch the amount of monopoly they have, even in their hay-day.   

Yahoo has better results anyway.  PQ is #2 on Yahoo's results, 8 on Google (but yahoo links to PQ & to it's Q1 section, Google just it's Q1 section).  Yahoo also has more Quake (game) hits on the first page compared to Google (mostly Q4 & Live).  Yahoo results for "tasty spleen" have page one nothing but TS links.  Google doesn't, but it does include a reference to CoD & eating your spleen instead.

planet quake is always my first result. I don't even store a bookmark anymore. I just use my search bar for "planet quake" and click the first result

Peewee, you need to get to 2008: just start typing them in your address bar.  It uses your history and your bookmarks.  It also uses the site names.

Well, wouldn't call it useless information but I guess it's in the eye of the beholder. Amongst many other things I've found side effects on nasty medications that had no information at all besides the compounds (when doctors, pharmacist, google, yahoo, and other search engines failed), so spend your gold wherever u want people. Wiki just got mine this year
