was playing on dm and a player "a damn cow" was highly suspect. this is from my POV. i have used keygrip to shorten it. the first part spam? maybe. 2nd part i doubt its just spam. you will see what i mean. after he kills me the first time i purposefully snuck up on him. u have to watch the whole demo. i could be wrong but idk looks off

after watching the demo again i am convinced he is walling. after he kills me the first time after i sneak up that looks bad enough. second time i did it, it wasn't random spam in my opinion because he wasn't spamming rockets before i approached

There are areas on the map where you can see through the walls without a wall hack. Jump up there on your own computer and see.

On jail1.bsp try rocketjumping from railgun to the adjacent wall. That's another common, yet similar map exploit that you see people do on the servers.
