Draw distance

Is there a cvar to control draw distance?  There are certain maps where I lose visual on things at a distance...TLTF is one, and on dm3 when looking at invul area

Control how far you are able to see in the world. Default Quake II GL renderer uses 4096 units, which results in some parts of maps not being visible at long distances. 8192 should be fine for almost all maps.

That's caused by a map visibility error, a so called hall-of-mirrors effect.  There's also one in dm8 - When you're at the slugs ammo above the Mega/RA dropdown, move toward the railgun a little and look at the doorway on your right.

Try "skydistance 4096".
Or maybe 8192 if that doesn't work.
