Alright.Lets say you have a single small box(1/4 the size of a 64 unit crate). Lets assume no strafing and circling. Lets also assume that your dj is constant in the equation(it truly is if you use a dj alias). So, that leaves us with one actual changing variable; when you press jump, but more importantly where you jump from. There is going to be a certain distance from the edge your djing off of that will give your dj the most height while keeping your momentum. That is the sweetspot I referred to in it's most basic form. You want to use the variables I excluded (mouse, strafe, circle physics) to enhance that very sweetspot, which will slightly change with the additional factors. The difference with the ssg jump is that you must use these factors to enhance the sweet spot, and you're working with a smaller window to do so with that 3rd step in your way. Only using strafe like I did (no circle physics, no mouse) you have a REALLY small window to do so haha.Hope that helped you better understand what I meant, lol @typing all of this from my phone.
Has anyone tried jumping using a controller? (ex. xbox controller)
