Humongous lag

Recently, I'm getting 200-600 ping on all servers, and I have no idea what's causing it.  :WTF:

I know it's not a server problem, so is there any help out there?

Check your ISP and find out if they have had to re-route any traffic. My cousin experienced this and lives in a rural area. His connection was re-routed after a storm knocked out a section of phone line. His ping jumped about 200ms.

but my ping was ok.

Can we ban these bots in DM and other servers that just spam bad jokes non-stop? I tried to join earlier and it took me 15 minutes to get in because there were about 10 of them connected
