Anyone interested in a Doom 3 Speed Mapping contest?

Looks like I'm setting one up for Doom3world.org.  :)  I'd be hoping some people here would be mapping too.  There will be prizes, of course.  :)

People not even Vaguely aware that there is a q2dm1 remake in the standard dm map list for doom 3...

I always wanted to get started on doom3 mapping but the built in editor in the original release loved to mess with my video card. Had to restart every time I attempted it.

Doom 3 is to slow for any Quake 2 remakes.  Unless you want to play "old man Q2 speed".  :)

Speed mapping SP should be pretty fun though.  There's lots of neat tricks you can do in Doom 3 that you can't do in Q2.  It's my SP engine of choice.  If it was GPL.  :)
