Well I connected and played just fine on the DFCA/MSCA(wtfever) server last night, but today it's saying BANNED SUBNET?....wtfux :(

I removed the ban, it may happen again though.  (Related to new wallfly code to prevent reconnect spammers, I think I understand what is going wrong.)
