i'd ask if there now exists a 'committee' that reviews tourney/match demos and has the balls to do what is right but I already know there likely isn't

Well, it is great to see you alive.  i have missed your presence.

However i feel it is a shame you completely left about a disagreement.

Digency played a good game.  It was completely within the rules. 

Haunted has been reviewed as far as i know and i dont think it was declared that he was cheating.

i personally wish you and Abby both would return.

Good to hear from you though I realize that isn't your point in posting.  I understand where you are coming from.  I wish there was a more straightforward response I could give that would satisfy.. perhaps the admins can.  I reviewed haunted's, saw suspicious parts, but was not convinced and would rather err on that side.  Also, I don't have (never will) a wallhack/bot to help replay for analysis -- which would help.  So, given that, especially since I'm just one of the Refs, I don't know what more to do.  I'd be happy to consider other steps if you suggest them.

In any case, I hope you are back.  Just before you exited, I wanted to do a father/daughter interview -- would have been great.  I watched Abby's games and was really impressed -- more than any other player in tourney 3.  Also your and my matchs were very close.

I was frustrated with some players choice of brackets too.  But he won and he will surely be Sport next time there is a skill bracket tourney.  I also have relatives that played in novice.  But, I put that to rest and even sent Immy/Digincy a novice bracket prize.

I believe there was a review among the refs, you should ask the admins.  I can say that I reviewed it and read other people's comments about it.

Yessir.  It's an ad-hoc committee, here's what they were saying about us:

We reviewed the hell out of several demos during the tourneys, passing around crib sheets with notes and times of our observations, sometimes recruiting q2 badasses like daelmun to kindly offer their viewpoints on the demo.  We watched demos sometimes over and over with and without wallhack, looking for something definitive. 

I don't think there are any great secrets about how we feel about cheaters here on the ts servers.  We can get downright gleeful when we find conclusive evidence of h4x0ry.  "Off with his head!", one admin is known to shout! as the bans go flying.
