So who are the other people who share the same subnet? Maybe you can determine that they aren't important enough for any consideration and just ban them too, fuck it.

my work ip is static, home is the problemo.

IP there has stayed reasonably similar in the last year or so afaik, and I'm willing to use a specific set of aliases if it will help neuter a spammy douche.
