Way too many people insisting I'm a cheater lately... a couple demos

Two people (at least) in the last 24 hours are adamant that I am cheating.  One is Mudkip (who I think might be Razer) and the other is Tycho.  For one, I think if you're going to go overboard with accusations, you shouldn't be allowed to alias.  So I would like to know who these 2 people actually are, if that's ok.  I've attached 2 demos of me as "proof" that I bot/wall/etc., apparently.  I'd like to use AC to prove I don't hack (because I feel better when I see others using it, tbh), but I get the occasional crash with AC + R1Q2 (which I made a thread about, found HERE), so I have opted not to use it, hoping my 10? years on these servers, and the reputation myself and my clan have, were good enough for those to vouch for my legitimacy.

Attached are 2 demos of FFA DM, the first on DM1, and the 2nd on DM2.  DM2 is probably more "bot-like", if you can call it that.

Anyway, please download these demos, analyze them, and let me know if you think there is "proof" that I cheat.  My intentions are to have a thread to reference in the future that I do not.  I'd like to hear some different opinions.

The ironic thing is that the 2 people, or the majority of the ones accusing me of cheating, are the least likely to actually download these demos.  I wonder if they're even part of this community, as in active members of the forums, etc.

I play as Tycho, which if you didn't skip out of q2 for years at a time or play only ffa, you might know.
Way to insist that anyone who thinks you aren't legit when you don't use AC must not be part of the community or informed at all about your illustrious past of not ever winning a dime at q2.

Why not do something much easier than uploading demos and making snarky posts about how you want people to view them and point out your cheats, and instead vouch for your "legitimacy" by loading up the anticheat.dll that you intentionally deleted from your q2 folder?

I've watched your play since 2006 and I'm not of the opinion that it's 100% legit and I never have been.
Get AC and prove me wrong.

No thread that you reference will trump actually proving that you are using legit q2 by using anticheat every time you connect, LIKE I DO.

btw, crying about people aliasing when you were not using ac and you were aliased until someone said something, doesn't really mean much to anyone.

furthermore, trying to sell the "my clan affiliation should be enough" line is just sad. Daf actually practices what he preaches and while some people mock him for it, others respect his playstyle and morals.
You on the other hand, gay people off of spawn and camp easy shit areas so much that "frags aint skills" comes across as a joke.

If you're going to go overboard trying to defend your legitimacy, opt for using anticheat instead of crying that people don't believe you at your word on the internet. The ball is in your court if accusations that you probably aren't 100% legit bother you so much.

Theres a player named Razer with no relations to Razor. Razer usually plays in jump.

I have no desire OR obligation to prove anything to YOU.  People with attitudes likes yours, and a seeming inability to have a civil discussion are the least of my concerns.  While I do spawn kill, and I will use the BFG (sparingly), I try harder than most, in my opinion, to keep the cheap play to a minimum.

I have a history of being respectful in the game, and I have NO history (other than mostly novice player accusations) of using ANY short of cheats.  And I have been playing this game for  LONG time... 12 years now, I believe.

I aliased originally because I was just going to spectate, then I decided to play.  The reason I removed the alias, was to explain why this random "Huppleton" person was doing so well.  I've always been one of the top 2 or 3 FFA players on the servers, and I think most everybody knows this.  FFA is my "mod" of preference for a number of reasons.

You are SOOOOO angry, when I have done nothing wrong.  I am not cheating in any way, shape, or form, yet you're coming down on me like I raped your mother or something (is she hot, btw? =P).  I'm sorry I'm not intimately familiar with your "Tycho" nickname.

I see one download of my demos so far, were you the one?  You keep insisting that demos don't mean anything, or something along those lines.  You're dismissing what has historically (on these forums anyway) been a very highly touted measure of whether or not someone is hacking (wallhacks, bots, etc.).

You know what would be proof of you not using something?
Loading AC and then getting your nearly 400fph by gaying people on an FFA server and making a demo.

12 years of play != using anticheat.
talking about my mother != using anticheat
posting on a forum != using anticheat

You'll spend 15 minutes blathering at me on a forum but you won't spend 1 minute downloading the anticheat.dll and putting it back in your q2 directory.

If you don't like being accused, GO GET AC. Not my fucking problem if you can't figure it out.


btw, A2G, Ely, Defiant, Android and others all consistently beat you at ffa for years. Top 2-3 my ass.

Maybe top 2-3 in the last month of latter day q2 where only campy spamming bare assed newbs play ffa dm, but when people actually touched those mods who were decent, you were nothing special.

not to shit on your shining testimonial, but words are words, while anticheat actually works to prevent cheating and accusations of cheating.

When someone says I'm hacking, I can easily show them how to put in aclist, and verify that I am using anticheat with 0 failed files when checked against the TS white list.

If he's still making lucky shots like he has a leprechaun stuck in his ass while using AC, nobody will have dick to say other than the sad few who really believe r1q2 and anticheat don't work at all. (they are the vast minority)

It's one .dll that's less than 1 megabyte to download. He probably already has a copy.
Instead of all this stupid talk, he could have just put it back and gone about his business.

I've played with Punk a few times, I think I've even spectated him before. Never saw any solid evidence that he was cheating.

Would still be nice to see you run AC if you're capable of doing so. Not just to squash the accusations, but because it's the "moral" thing for ANYONE to do if they have the ability. I don't think people should necessarily be forced to use anything other than the game from the CD and the 3.20 version updates, but admit it, you're probably already using an updated client and a few non-stock paks. What's one more little DLL gonna hurt?

It can be very annoying to hear that *ding* sound and then seeing the r1q2 crash screen in the middle of a game while you were playing well. Happened to me four times in just two days. Suspecting it was AC screwing something up I removed it and haven't had a crash since. 
Don't know what it could be, I never had this problem with AC in the past.

That's exactly the one and ONLY reason I stopped using AC, after using it for a very long time.  Not a single crash since then.  Yeah, I agree that it sucks that I don't have the reassurance for the people that don't know me.

Cheating in any manner is totally contradictory to WHY I play this game.  I'm bored if I'm not challenged.  I will play around with players that aren't as good as me for a little while, but if there is nobody at, or near my level, or giving me a significant challenge, I will get bored and disconnect.  Winning by any means necessary is boring to me.  That's why I choose not to run quad (I feel it is counterintuitive to making me better), or get the BFG, like on DM4, and focus on collecting as many cells/shots as I can (hyperblaster, etc.).

I'm very content with my setup right now, and because of that, I'm hesitant to try to switch to another client, etc.  I have heard that aprq2 gets along better with AC, and I've considered using it just so I can use AC.  I'm unsure if my settings, and the "feel" of the game will be identical to R1Q2 though.  And really, I personally have no reasons to switch, other than to appease crybabies like WD and others who accuse with a closed mind ("no, I will NOT watch your demo", etc.).  If I didn't care at all, I wouldn't have come here and made this message.  Maybe I will eventually switch to aprq2; I just hate to do it just to quiet the vocal minority.

Not sure what you mean by this.  I think me coming here, intentionally drawing attention to myself, would speak more to my being legit, as opposed to trying to keep everything quiet and avoiding any attention that might get me caught, if I was indeed cheating.  Thanks for vouching for me, though.

i've watched Punk play over his shoulder, he doesnt hack.  He only recently as a few years ago modified his gl_modulate to even see worth a damn.

Dervish, i doubt you care for shit about my opinion, but i know Punk's legitimacy first hand, and i also think you are over reacting and acting like a jackass with the name calling.
