Tourney 4 -- Unofficial Voting

 Teams, or 1v1 like tourney3, BUT without double-elim.. Teams is my prime vote though, 2v2 or 3v3 would be my most preferable (and most fun!) tourney, is there one likely to happen?!

Thanks for creating this poll, Defiant!.  I have to admit that I am surprised by the votes.  I thought for sure *that* particular option would be winning, but it is not at the moment. 

I voted for Rocket Arena 2.  The ultimate team game in my opinion.  Too bad that the tastyspleen server may not be able to host the Rocket Arena 2 mod...But we will see.

RA2 is frigging great (RA3 is for that matter) I voted for 1v1 though because I wouldn't want to force my ping onto anybody elses team

tourney rail teams or 1vs1 would be great, or even rail and rocket only.

A 2v2 tdm tourney would be a fun tournament to do. I found out about tastyspleen in the middle of the 2v2 tournament so I would like to participate in one of these if there was one. 1v1 seems to be the popular one at the moment, but it would be nice to give the 2v2 tournament a shot again. 

Teamwork is a beautiful thing. It's a lot of fun to learn also! settings would be, extreme powerups off (ie. quad, invul. and powershield), weapon stay off, and friendly fire on.

2vs2 was the last tournament I thought people would want.  The second tastyspleen tournament was 2vs2, and it was by far the most unsuccessful out of the three we had.  Turns out it was hard to get five players (ref included), so it lead to more BYE's than expected.

But we can give it another shot as long as people want to dedicate themselves to it more this time.

And here I was expecting either rail-only/CTF to be winning this poll.  I removed my vote and will vote again at a later time.

I don't see why we couldn't create another poll asking everyone exactly what type of team game they would want to play.  Remember that we are still in the early stages of the 4th tournament planning process.  Defiant! created this poll just to get some kind of idea what people would be the most interested in playing. 

I have been trying for a while now to find out what people want the 4th tournament to be based on.  A good portion always mentioned that they wanted a railz-only tournament, but the current votes certainly do not reflect that.  Maybe they changed their mind?

it doesn't look like that to me, 2vs2 came first, 1vs1 second, and rail third.  so actually there were to different questions that need to be asked, 1) how many players per team  2) weapon of choice

so actually it does look from the poll like people would prefer a 2vs2 or 1vs1 rail tourney.

Hehehe Thanks. But, like I always say - "A ping under 200 is a worthless excuse" - IE unless yer pings over 200, you got no excuse, its a miniscule delay..and yeah, luck lol.. 2on2 you can just choose ur own teams cant you?
