Apparently the only player on TS who's from South Africa, is also cheating:

Was pretty sure this asshole was walling. After I've seen him tracking people through walls, I've tried to demo his sorry ass, but he was clever enough to turn it off when he noticed someone was spectating. All I got is one nice demo from my point of view where he's landing straight hits where he shouldn't be able to know where I'm going to poke my nose out.

Q12XII has been a total asshat on enough occasions, and has been muted in the past, that he's been perma-muted since his last episode of dickbaggery a few weeks ago.

The only reason he was able to say "gotta play as much as i can before ac is forced on me" is because he reconnected and said the text before the annoyingly-slow q2admin mute was able to be engaged.

Given time already spent dealing with his behavior, I'd say the ban stays.
