@punk- I use an alias for all jumps(I don't have a key bound to just +moveup). Technically I am constantly double jumping with every jump, haha. I learned without an alias(and did jumpmod without an alias, though). Mainly it's because I use spacebar to jump and it's a little less noisy/less work with an alias. I use this:

//DOUBLE JUMP...

alias w8_2 "wait; wait"

alias +dj "+moveup; w8_2; -moveup; w8_2; +moveup"
alias -dj "-moveup"

bind space "+dj"
